Important informations

• Reservations can only be made online by following the reservation tab. For group reservations or people who need assistance, we will return calls and emails within 24-48 hours.
• When booking, a PIN code will be generated by the system and sent as an attachment in your contract. Please keep this PIN to access the site during your stay.
• Minimum of two nights are required for a reservation and a maximum of 14 nights per reservation will be allowed by the system. For longer stays, please make more than one reservation.
• Please note that 3 nights reservation are required on Saint-Jean-Baptist, Canada Day  and Labor Day.
• Note that dogs are not allowed in cottages and ready-to-camp
• Dogs so PITBULL  are banned in the camping Union network
•  Campsites : Departure: 1:00 p.m. | Arrival: 2:00 p.m.
•  Accommodation : Departure 10:30 a.m. | Arrival: 5:00 p.m.
• Accommodation, the nightly rate is valid for a specific number of guests. Please ensure you don’t exceed the number of guests allowed in the accommodation you rent.
• We always keep some sites for phone bookings.
• Please note that you will be telephoned automatically if your reservation does not meet the requested criteria
• Cancellation – for all cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected]. We will analyze your request according to our reservation and cancellation policies. A customer service agent will contact you.

• Pool – Given the shortage of lifeguards that affects us this year, please note that the schedules and capacity of the pool are subject to change without notice, at any time during the summer. Please note, no refund or price reduction will be granted.
