Important Information

• Reservations can only be made online by following the Reserve tab. For group reservations or people who need assistance, we will return calls and emails within 24-48 hours.
• When booking, a PIN code will be generated by the system and sent as an attachment in your contract.Please keep this PIN for the opening of the gate and thus have access to your site during your stay
• Minimum of two nights are required for a reservation and a maximum of 14 nights per reservation will be allowed by the system. For longer stays, please make more than one reservation.
• Please note that 3 nights reservation are required on Saint-Jean-Baptiste, Canada Day and Labor Day
• Please note that dogs are not allowed in the cottages, cabins, and campers.
• All dogs with a bad reputation are prohibited in the Camping Union network
• Camping sites are for 2 adults and minor children of the same family. To add additional people, please include them in step 3 of your reservation.
• Campsite : Departure 1:00 p.m. |  Arrival   2:00 p.m.
• Accommodation : Departure 10:30 a.m. | Arrival  5:00 p.m.
• Accommodation, the nightly rate is valid for a specific number of guests. Please ensure you don’t exceed the number of guests allowed in the accommodation you rent.
• We always keep some sites for phone bookings.
• Cancellation – for all cancellation requests, please contact us at [email protected]. We will analyze your request according to our reservation and cancellation policies. A customer service agent will contact you.

• Pool – Due to the lifeguard shortage affecting us this year, please be aware that the pool hours and capacity may change without notice, at any time during the summer. Please note, no refunds or discounts will be granted.
